This gorgeous CHANEL necklace doesn’t just make the outfit - it IS the outfit! At 66-1/2" (168.5cm) long it is a striking and versatile piece, which can worn by doubling with the pendant on one side, tripled into a choker style, knotted, or simply draped at the front or sides.
But its versatility doesn’t stop there for it can also be worn as a statement bracelet, wrap it around your wrist and let the compliments begin!
Sporting lustrous GRIPOIX baroque shaped pearls interspersed with round ruby-red colored beads and 5 amethyst-lilac faceted stones, the pearls and beads are surprisingly large measuring approximately 9mm to 12mm in diameter, and surround the neck beautifully.
As if the necklace wasn't gorgeous enough on its own it boasts an elegant and remarkable pendant (1-1/2" = 3.8cm in diameter) that's studded with oval glass cabochons. The center is claimed by a lilac stone which is surrounded by 4 red ones and each is set within a gold tone rim. It has a small, simple clasp that blends into the beads when layered and allows it to be easily wrapped around the neck.

The Chanel authenticity medallion with “CC” logo is located on the back and is marked "Chanel 1984".
The piece is in very good vintage condition - but please keep in mind that it is a pre-owned piece that has been loved and worn. The underside of the pendant and clasp have slightly darkened with age but this patina gives the necklace a mature elegance that newer pieces just can’t compare to. A truly exquisite piece, most likely couture.
This necklace is not for everyone, nor is it for every day, but the woman who wears it will feel like royalty (and look it, too!).
