Inspired by American westerns and cowboys these fabulous ruthenium metal brooches from CHANEL features a "Sheriff" badge star shape with a classic CC logo on the front.
This stylish CHANEL accessory comes from the Paris Dallas 2014 Metiers D'Art Collection and was originally pinned on the flaps of select bags from said collection. As such the badges have never been offered for sale separately in stores and were only included with the following bags; "Chanel Sheep Flap Bag in Black with Sheriff Star” Style code: A92465, "Chanel Sheep Flap Bag in Beige with Sheriff Star” Style code: A92465 and "Denim Patchwork Flap Bag with Sheriff Star" Style code: A92473.
The brooch is composed of gun-metal / dark silver metal and measures approx. 2 5/16 inches (6 cm) in diameter.
As the CHANEL Sheriff Star could only be obtained with a CHANEL bag it features a different type of oval authenticity stamp than those on typical CHANEL jewelry pieces but it retains the same oval shape.
Although simply marked "CHANEL PARIS" without the year of the collection and the usual "Made in …" line, it is guaranteed to be 100% authentic CHANEL. We obtained it from a woman who owns a bag from the Dallas collection but doesn’t care for the star-shaped flap badge.
This offer is for 2 these star brooches. One of them closes perfectly with a secured mechanism and is in excellent condition without any flaws. The additional CHANEL Sheriff Star looks identical to the one in this offer but the rollover clasp locking mechanism is missing. It can still be closed via the bar and "C" shaped clasp.
