Iconic and utterly fabulous this CHANEL necklace is flanked by a collection of beads, pearls and charms in various styles and sizes and sports a pastel palette of pink, apricot and purple.
All of the above is attached to a silver-tone chain that ends in a lobster claw clasp, which allows for the necklace to be fastened at different areas to create different lengths to suit your mood (or mood your suits as the case may be). A small round CC Logo charm that previously contained the oval authenticity stamp is found at the extension chain, which measures approximately 2 5/8" (6.7cm) long, while the small CC logo drop at its end is approx. 3/4" x 5/8" (1.8cm x 1.5cm).
The authenticity stamp that was originally inside of the small CC charm is missing. You can still see the oval deepening where the stamp has been located.
This seems to be a regular occurrence, for I have quite a few Chanel pieces in my private collection, where the same thing happened. However, you may rest assured that this necklace is 100% authentic CHANEL.
Chanel’s signature CC-Logo with a quilted surface at the center is the unique focal point of this piece that will dispel all doubts. It measures approx. 1 1/8" x 1 3/8" (2.9cm x 3.5cm).
The Chanel necklace approx. 21" (53.5cm) measures long. A matinee length that rests at the top of the cleavage.
This perfect Chanel charm necklace is a Limited Edition 2007 from the Cruise Collection.
One of the charms (beside of a hut box, timeless Chanel 2.55 flap bag, cc-discs) features a locomotive with a CC Logo. The 2007 CHANEL Cruise Collection was shown in Grand Central Terminal in New York and had as a main topic railway stations and trains. That makes this necklace a real CHANEL collector item, for not many of this rare and limited edition were made.
