This outstanding and also vintage CHANEL belt gives the impression of an oversized charm bracelet. Limited edition, purchased a while back.
The piece as a whole is a chunky gold tone chain with huge, round signature charms. All with CC LOGO!
The eleven charms vary in length from approx. 2" (5,1cm) to 2.5" (6,3cm). The chain measures a chunky 1" (2,5cm) width and is rather heavy in weight approx. 500 grams.
The belt measures approx. 39 1/4" (100cm) in length but can be worn tighter, for closing with a toggle.
Please note that this length includes a 7 1/2" (19cm) separate (non Chanel) section, which makes this belt more versatile and comfortable. This gives you the possibility to wear it as long or tight as you please, or drape it for a looser fit.
The original length was approx 31 1/4" (80cm). If you want to wear it in the original size, you just remove the additional (last) 7 links. It’s a breeze!
It is a versatile piece so you will also be able to wear it as a lovely necklace, complete chic!
You will find the "(c) Chanel (R) 93 CC (P) Made in France" gold oval stamp at the back of one of the links. The toggle is marked "CHANEL" in engraved lettering along the side.
